Can I order a figure unpainted?
Yes — every figure is available two ways: fully hand-painted by the studio, or as a cleaned, assembled unpainted kit at a lower price if you'd rather paint it yourself. Just say which you'd like when you enquire.
How fast do you reply to enquiries?
Within 12 hours, usually much faster. Every enquiry gets a personal reply with a price and lead time — no bots, no ticket queues.
Are these official licensed products?
No — our figures are fan art, hand-made one at a time as artistic tributes. All characters remain the property of their respective rights holders, and sculpt files are credited to the independent artists who created them. You're buying the craft: the print, the finishing and the hand-painting.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Every figure is hand-made to order, so pricing depends on the piece, size and finish. We quote each one personally — just enquire on WhatsApp and we'll give you an exact price and lead time.
How do I order?
Find a figure you love and tap "Enquire on WhatsApp", or add several to your enquiry list and send them all at once. We'll confirm details, price and timing, then start your build.
How long does a figure take?
Because each piece is built and painted by hand, typical turnaround is 3–6 weeks, depending on the piece and finish. We'll always confirm the timeline before you commit, and keep you updated with photos along the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from South Africa. Figures are packed very carefully to survive the journey. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location — we'll confirm both before shipping.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, any local customs or import duties are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We're happy to advise where we can.
What are the figures made from?
High-quality 3D-printing resin, cleaned and cured for durability, then primed, hand-painted and sealed. They're display pieces — beautiful, but not toys.
Does every figure come with a display case?
Yes — every figure includes a custom acrylic display case, built specifically to fit and protect that piece. We also make standalone custom acrylic cases for figures you already own; just choose "Case" on the Commissions page.
Can you make a character you don't have listed?
Absolutely — that's what custom commissions are for. Tell us the character, pose and scale and we'll build it from scratch. Head to the Commissions page to get started.
Do you do custom apparel?
Yes — custom work is the heart of Resin 8 Apparel. One-off pieces or small runs with your character, logo or artwork, printed or embroidered on premium garments. Choose "Custom Apparel" on the Commissions page and send us your idea.
How should I care for my figure?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat, and dust gently with a soft brush. Handle by the base where possible. With a little care it'll look incredible for years.
How do payments work?
We arrange payment directly with you once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. No payment is ever taken through the website.
